The CMA Approves Mufeed Company’s Request to Offer 600,000 Shares on the Parallel Market

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has announced that its Board has issued a decision approving Mufeed Company’s request to list and offer 600,000 shares, representing 9.09% of its total shares, on the Parallel Market.

The offering will be limited to categories of qualified investors as defined in the glossary of terms used in the CMA’s regulations and rules. The prospectus will be published well in advance of the start date of the offering.

The CMA’s approval is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the Board’s decision. The approval will be considered void if the company fails to complete the share offering and listing within this period.
